Most of our team is based in the Philippines where one of the primary industries is Virtual Assistants. Our assistants are offered competitive pay and are encouraged to prioritize self-care, time in nature and time with their family.

Prescila's expertise extends to lead generation through targeted Instagram and Facebook engagement, as well as constructing effective freebie sales funnels to support coaches in launching their online programs.

Known for her positive demeanour and commitment to collaboration, she values efficiency and meticulous work. In her leisure time, Prescila channels her passion for travel, exploring both international and local destinations. Japan holds a special place in her heart, where the awe-inspiring landscapes and rich cultural experiences have left a lasting impact. Maggie is a creative and dedicated freelance professional with over three years of experience in video editing, graphic design, and social media management. She excels at creating visually engaging content that strengthens brand identity and boosts online presence. Proficient in tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, GoHighLevel, Kajabi, and Shopify, she brings a strong combination of technical expertise and artistic flair to every project.
Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her cat. As an architecture enthusiast, she loves expressing her creativity by building in The Sims 3. She also stays active by working out and enjoys exploring new places through travel.

Nicole is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Financial Management. Started her freelancing journey when she graduated. Now a freelancer for 8 years.
For 8 years, Nicole has been into different types of clients, roles & tasks. Which makes her an expert in executive virtual assistant, customer service, marketing coordinator etc. Her versatile, accurate, flexible and prompt personality makes her very effective in maintaining a high standard quality of service any client would need. Aside from being a freelancer, Nicole loves spending her rest day with nature.
May it be at the beach or at the mountains. She also found a love for mountain trekking. For her, spending time with nature is very therapeutic.

Belle is a a BS Criminology graduate who successfully passed the Board Examination in 2013. Despite her initial career path, she transitioned into public service as an Administrative Aide within a government agency, where she honed her organizational skills and gained valuable experience in administrative operations.
Driven by a desire for growth and versatility, she later pivoted into the dynamic field of virtual assistance. This transition allowed her to leverage administrative background while embracing the flexibility and challenges of remote work. As a VA, she’s dedicated to providing efficient support, managing tasks effectively, and contributing to the success of diverse projects and initiatives.
Her journey reflects a commitment to continuous learning and adaptability, as she navigates through different roles to expand her skills and make meaningful contributions in both public service and virtual environments.
Outside of work, she took pleasure in playing volleyball and also passionate about nature. She enjoys spending time outdoors, whether in the mountains or by the sea, she cherished being in any natural environment. The soothing sounds of nature often made her lull to sleep effortlessly, which incredibly comforting.
