An assistant will be paid $20 USD to go through this onboarding process.
Step 3:
Please review & Sign VA Contract!
Post trial process (if hired):
VA Compensation:
Your first 8-hours of work with a client will be compensated at $4/hour and after the
8-hours, the VA pay will raise to $8/hour.
Step 4:
Fill out our VA onboarding questionnaire.
Step 5:
Patiently Wait to be paired with your first client on Slack!
IMPORTANT NOTE: if you were hired, you may get a client right away, or you may have to wait days, a week or several weeks to get your first client, it just depends on when we receive a new client!

Encourage referrals from your client
For each new client that signs up through a client referral, they will receive assistant hours.
Here is how it breaks down depending on the package their referral signs up for:
For a 20-hour package, your client will receive 5 hours.
For a 40-hour package, your client will receive 10 hours
For an 80-hour package, your client will receive 15 hours
