sent to you by email.

Step 3:

Submit 1 completed SOP Worksheet or your own SOP and organized training materials to us by email.

Step 6:

Once steps 1-5 are complete, you will receive your link to book a Project Management (PM) Meeting and meet your VA.

Step 4:

Review our Onboarding Guide.

Step 5:

Download the Slack App to your Desktop & Mobile Device and turn on notifications.

READ CAREFULLY

  • NO REFUNDS FOR RECURRING PAYMENTS - Your contract states that we do not issue refunds unless there is a serious issue related to your VA that we cannot solve through re-pairing you with a new VA. It’s important to distinguish between issues arising from a lack of management, clear and organized guidance, or availability on the client’s part and instances where a VA may not meet quality standards or deadlines. With years of experience and careful monitoring of each Client & VA Channel, we can accurately assess the source of any challenges that arise. Please note that if dissatisfaction stems from unclear instructions, lack of organization, or unavailability to respond to your VA’s questions, we are unable to provide a refund.

  • YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION: If after your 3-month commitment you wish to continue, it is your responsibility to pause or cancel your subscription if you choose to. If you forget or lose track, we cannot issue a refund.

  • ROI IS NOT A STRAIGHT LINE: We are not a MARKETING AGENCY, we are a VIRTUAL ASSISTANT AGENCY. Your ERA consultation and onboarding is just the first step in a long journey towards your business growth and your freedom. If you want to see an ROI (Return On Investment) with your VA, it is key that you feel confident in your own growth, marketing, or other business strategies and in your ability to guide your VA to implement them or book ongoing consultations with our team or your own biz coach.

    • Our SOP Worksheets are designed to support you in delegating tasks with as much clarity as possible; however, the guiding strategy behind those systems is ultimately up to you! 

    • ROI is not a guarantee, especially if you are still testing out lead generation and sales strategies.

    • If you don’t have proven systems and multi-layered strategies in place for generating leads or converting sales, we recommend that you work with a business mentor (or book additional consults with ERA here!) for ongoing support.

    • Without a package that includes ongoing business consultations, our admin team is unable to offer ongoing marketing or business strategy guidance in your day-to-day operations. 

    • You are the sole leader and guide of your strategies. As your VA does tasks for you, you need to be monitoring what is working and what isn’t and give your VA guidance to adjust accordingly for better results.

EARN FREE ASSISTANT HOURS THROUGH REFERRALS

For each new client that signs up through your referral, you will receive assistant hours.
Here is how it breaks down depending on the package your referral signs up for:

  • For a 20-hour package, you will receive 5  hours.

  • For a 40-hour package, you will receive 10 hours

  • For an 80-hour package, you will receive 15 hours

The new client that you refer will input your name into the form when they check-out and then we’ll notify you of the additional hours that you earned!
